Our family visit to the resort started off with a beautiful setting and a warm, festive entrance. The room was spacious and well-equipped for our needs, but the service upon check-in was quite standoffish. While the restaurant exceeded our expectations, issues like the unsettling wolf sightings and an unusable family pool dampened the overall experience. There's definitely room for improvement in communication and amenities, but we did appreciate the lovely dining service throughout our stay.

Our stay was fantastic, with the pool area being a major highlight and a wide variety of outdoor activities available. The rooms were clean and beautifully set up, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the experience was slightly marred by excessive chlorine in the pool, which unfortunately affected our ability to enjoy it fully. We also encountered a situation with access to the spa pool that didn’t go as planned. Nonetheless, it was a lovely vacation overall.
